My team and I first launched this video project involving our environmental justice organization, Little Village Environmental Justice Organization (Lvejo), for the Speak Truth To Power competition. The video became a PSA about food deserts, which are areas in America where healthy food and produce are difficult to obtain, most often in urban communities. We shared the video because we thought it would do more good out in the public than just as a competition submission. This is just the starting point.
